Who we are

Hawk & Dane was founded on the belief that there is a better way to deliver legal services. We have created a firm that reflects a blend of our national law firm experience and our experience working in-house at start-up companies.  We have stripped down the traditional law firm practice model, refined it and bolstered the areas we know would make the biggest impact with clients.

The result?  A business law firm that is different from most others.  A boutique advisory firm that provides a full range of legal services to clients in the tech sector­­­–­ from drafting and negotiating agreements to advising on deals and working on shareholder issues. We hold a very entrepreneurial view – we want the same things as our clients:  flexibility, convenience and efficiency. That is why our focus is on creating value and solving problems for our clients.
